Really hoping someone help with this.Got my UE40H6400 Smart Tv on Tuesday and have been though the ringer with it ever since.
I have factory reset the tv just to get Netflix to work. The issue I can't seem to fix is when trying to download new apps I get the error Failed to download. 3010.
I also can select any icon from the smart hub quick launch bar that appears at the bottom of the screen,
As I said, I have factory reset it using the tools/info/mute/power options and upgraded the firmware to 2604 via USB key, reset SmartHub several times.
I have spoken to Samsung support who told me to reset smart hub and leave it for an hour, then they told me to return the tv. I am now here with the new tv and done the exact same process above with the same issue still there.
The self diagnosis fails at app test and says I need to update the tv.
I am thinking its my internet connection is blocking a port or something but cant figure it out.
