I've been having issues with eir BB internet light not on but DSL Wi-Fi and LAN 1 working fine. Internet has been down a few times but I never got a code 405 problem. I reset my eir vision box at the time thinking that was the problem now on the set up screen saying Network Connection OK but TV Platform error.
I've contacted tech support who have logged a fault but never had an issue with my e ir vision box when the internet was down. Appreciate any support please.
