On my new 5301 Samsung 32 inch smart tv, whenever I turn on the tv and try to open an app, it says, "preparing the TV.
Please try again later" and it keeps saying this message for a few minutes. How can I fix this?
It's really annoying when I want to use Netflix and I need to wait.
Please help.
