Hi, I am unable to connect my Viera wirelessly to the internet. The TV was working fine for about a year and all of a sudden I get this black screen with a message "Network error occured (E3C35)" when I attempt to access "Netflix" & "YouTube" apps on the TV.
I see no issues with my wireless service; I am able to access the web on my other devices - phone, computer & tablet.
I called Panasonic for help; issue has been escalated for review, but haven't heard from them yet. Any help that I can get is greatly appreciated
