SpectrumTV.com has incorrect channel selection December 28, 2017 I am located in Beavercreek, Ohio 45431. On December 25 and 26, SpectrumTV.com had the correct channel selection in the morning. When I tried to use it the same days in the evening, there was an entirely different and incorrect channel selection. Local channels and PBS were not available and other channels had different numbers in both LiveTV and Guide. For example, BBC World News is normally on channel 362 and that's where I found it in the morning, but in the evening it is on channel 209. Please correct this ASAP. Please help. Thanks! Lost comcast internet connection because of DirectV?? December 22, 2017 Hi, I have had comcast cable, for internet, for years. About a year ago i had Directv installed for my tv. They connected into my comcast cable for on demand and other internet dependent service. Worked great for the past year. A couple days ago my comcast internet goes down. I call comcast and they tell that the modem shows offline and that it is a modem or cable problem and that a serviceman needs to come out. I go out and disconnect the cable where directv splits in and connect the comcast cable directly to the cable that goes to my modem.... No directv internet connection now. Problem solved. Of course now i have no directv ondemand. What would cause the directv comcast issue? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Samsung Smart TV app called Smart View, Not connecting to TV from windows 8.1 December 21, 2017 Hi, I have a Samsung TV that offers smart view app for Windows 8.1 (not Mac). The app lets you watch whatever is playing on the Tv on your computer or smart device, it supports pretty much everything but Mac. So I thought I could use Windows 8.1 and download the app and watch it in my virtual machine windows 8.1. Unfortunately I have not had success. And I have a feeling it has something to do with parallels. The app see's the TV and when I click on it to connect to the TV it just comes up network error. If anyone has an answer that could help I would sure appreciate it. I have googled the problem, but I think the app is so new and the case of using it in Parallels is probably even smaller audience. Panasonic Viera TC-60AS530U - Networks error December 12, 2017 Hi, I am unable to connect my Viera wirelessly to the internet. The TV was working fine for about a year and all of a sudden I get this black screen with a message "Network error occured (E3C35)" when I attempt to access "Netflix" & "YouTube" apps on the TV. I see no issues with my wireless service; I am able to access the web on my other devices - phone, computer & tablet.
